Reason Your Season

Every season has a mandate to differentiate itself from its climatic predecessor. The earth is self sufficient and persevering. Mankind has a mandate that doesn't necessarily assist or protect the earth. Yet we have the ultimate responsibility of respecting our earth.

The human experience masks the architecture of seasons as well. Many are those wintery, dark and seemingly unproductive seasons in our Christian journey. Actually it's a time of rest and reflection before our seasons of planting seeds of hope and expectations. Though seasons differ from believer to believer, we who bear our cross of sacrifice are cultivated by the same "farmer." We have a source which provides a well of living water for those who thirst or wander in dry seasons of faithlessness.

To God be the glory in all things. Whatever our season, God's promises are unchanging, and will produce eternal fruits of righteousness.

Psalms 126:3-6 KJV
The Lord hath done great things for us; whereof we are glad.  Turn again our captivity, O Lord , as the streams in the south.  They that sow in tears shall reap in joy.  He that goeth forth and weepeth, bearing precious seed, shall doubtless come again with rejoicing, bringing his sheaves with him.
